Commercial Water Chiller comes on a stainless steel frame. The units come with a built in flow switch to disable the chiller in the event of a pump failure. The units also come with a copper heat exchanger which is suitable for use in most applications. A titanium upgrade is optional. Copper heat exchangers aren’t recommended for use in a closed loop aquarium setup because toxic levels of copper can build up in water which is being used for long periods of time. The use of titanium = Reef Tank Safe!  If your application will be negatively affected by the use of copper, we suggest our titanium upgrade option.

Pump Recommendation
Pump Recommendation: Danner Magnetic Drive 2400gph – 3600gph. Other pumps may be acceptable, however they need to be rated for less than 10psi max pressure. If you’re using a pool/spa pump or any other pump rated in horsepower please talk with our tech support first, most pumps rated in HP would be capable of pressures that could damage the chiller. There is typically a simple work around that allows our chillers to provide cooling to systems which operate at higher pressures. We would be more than happy to help you determine the best method of installation for your system. Controller Notes
Digital Controller: The controller constantly monitors your systems incoming water temperature, therefore, water flow is needed at all times in order for it to successfully read current temperatures. When your systems water temperature moves above your desired set point, the controller tells the compressor and fan to turn on and begin cooling the water. Once your desired set point temperature is reached, the compressor and fan will turn off.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your order within the lead time and before shipping, a 3% cancellation fee applies.

Return Policy

  • Return Requests: You must request a return within 21 days of the original shipment date.
  • Approval: Get pre-approval before sending your item back.
  • Condition: Ensure items are in their original condition and packaging.
  • Stocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for all shipping costs when returning a product. So, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Custom Orders: No refunds are available for custom-ordered products or chillers.

Refund Process

  • Inspection: We may reject returned products not in original condition.
  • Approval: Once we approve the return, we will process your refund and credit it to your original payment method.
  • Processing Time: Allow up to 14 days for us to process the paperwork and issue your refund.

Shipping Information

  • Continental US: Our website provides accurate shipping costs.
  • Alaska: Contact us for accurate shipping quotes as additional charges apply.
  • International and Puerto Rico: Use a freight forwarding company for shipments outside the US.

Warranty Shipping Information

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for shipping costs during a warranty claim. We can help you get a discounted return shipping label, but you must cover the cost.
  • Insurance: Insure and properly package all return shipments.
  • Warranty Approval: If we approve the warranty claim, then we will repair or replace the chiller and ship it back at no additional cost within the continental US.
  • Outside Continental US: The warranty is voided for chillers outside the Continental US.
